Technical Director

oach Carlos manages the academy’s competitive programs, overseeing player evaluations and coaching staff to ensure high standards of player development.

He holds a degree from the IEAD – Instituto Europeo de Alta Dirección, which supports his dual focus on athletic excellence and organizational management.

He acts as a primary link between the local Philadelphia academy and the professional team in Spain, frequently collaborating with RC Celta in Vigo to stay updated on the club’s evolving training philosophies.

Under his direction, the academy operates as a key international hub for RC Celta, providing local athletes with a pathway to European-style training and potential professional exposure.
